How we work

A regional consultancy that does the work itself.

Marlow & Finch has been independently owned and run since 2008. We have grown carefully — a tight team of consultants, working on hundreds of placements a year. We have never owned a database we paid for. We have never bought a candidate list. We work the way good regional consultancies have worked for a generation, refined by what we have learned along the way. The result is the kind of relationship you get with a smaller firm - your consultant knows your business, has likely worked with your existing team, and will tell you honestly when a brief is wrong.
